Job Description
Engineering Manager, Relationship Intelligence. With our growing customer base and expansion into new markets and use cases, we have more to build than ever at Affinity. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead a team that drives the platform’s Relationship Intelligence engine. This is a high-scale and complex domain that handles ingestion and processing of billions of interactions, and distills them to actionable insights and visualizations that drive dealmaking for users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in a full-stack software engineering role
- 3+ years in an engineering management role or technical leadership role
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams
- Experience working with complex SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills
