Senior Product Manager, CRM

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product definition, development, and strategy for Affinity's CRM product, a core and highly-used product. You'll define the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business impact through user research, design, and engineering sprints.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company
• Experience working with engineering and design teams end-to-end
• Experience managing complex products to create simple solutions
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Deep understanding and empathy for users
• Proven track record of design thinking and ruthless prioritization
• Experience thinking about how AI can improve product workflows
