Member Advocate I - Bilingual French

This Member Advocate I role supports the Center in enhancing member and dealer experiences, streamlining processes, and assisting with various administrative tasks including phone work and document processing. The position requires a blend of customer service, administrative, and project-focused skills, involving both French and English communication, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Call center and office experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluency in French and English required (Quebecois preferred)
• Detailed oriented
• Independent self starter with ability to prioritize workload
• Organized with excellent follow through skills
• Flexible with high degree of initiative
• Positive attitude and team player
• Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
• High ethical standards
• Ability to make judgment calls based on company and department rules, guidelines and standards
• Ability to multi-task and handle many different situations at one time under pressure
