Job Description
The Director of Training – Restaurant Operations is responsible for developing and driving training initiatives for the company's Restaurant division. This role will ensure company compliance and refines best-in-class training systems for all existing and new restaurant openings.
Requirements
- Evaluate and continuously improve current training initiatives
- Lead new restaurant openings and ensure detailed business plan for continued success
- Maintain system of record of completed employee training and attendance
- Manage compliance training and audits
- Create and present projected plan for new restaurant opening projects
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure training aligns with company culture and philosophies
- Oversee orientation sessions and ensure on-the-job training for new hires
- Partner with operational leaders and HR to align talent and business needs
