The Help Desk role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools.

Requirements

• Receiving and actively resolving end user help requests
• Prioritizing and scheduling problems
• Escalating problems to the appropriately experienced technician
• Documenting help desk requests and resolutions
