Job Description
We are looking for a Global Head of Manufacturing Quality & Food Safety to report to the QFSER Director. The role involves implementing quality and food safety management systems across manufacturing sites, leading the standardization of critical processes, and empowering shift leads and operators to take ownership of quality.
Requirements
- University degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading Quality & Food Safety management within high-speed industrial manufacturing environments
- Experience in food Industry
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Available to travel up to ~50% of time
