Job Description
Affinity Petcare is seeking a Line Leader for the Production team in Mantova, Italy. The role involves daily operation within a production line, driving performance in safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinating shift handovers. Responsibilities include performance management, team leadership, problem-solving, and coordination with other plant departments. Requirements
- Performance Management: Lead daily shift handover meetings.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead the shift team, develop team members, and manage personnel issues.
- Problem Solving: Lead or participate in Root Cause Investigation (Flash Report / RDI).
- Coordination: Coordinate with other plant departments.
