Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to support our client's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands.
Requirements
- Drafting, amending and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars, schedules, files and document completion
- Handling internal and external telephone enquiries
- Conducting company searches and conflict checks
- Filing, recordkeeping and invoice processing
- Creating and formatting presentations and reports in line with brand guidelines
- Organising travel arrangements and assisting with marketing/client events
- Assisting with client and matter creation on the Document Management System (DMS)
- Maintaining partner and fee earner contacts and marketing activity records
- Opening, closing and archiving files and accounts
