We're looking for a Director, Learning to lead our Learning team at Affirm, developing a compelling strategy and executing the design and delivery of solutions that elevate individual, team and leadership capabilities. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive learning & development strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Innovation in learning modalities and learner experience
• Experience managing learning tech platforms
