Affirm is looking for a Director, Learning to lead the Learning team and develop a comprehensive learning & development strategy to elevate individual, team, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, team leadership, design thinking, experiential learning, and measurable results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making and influencing
• Experience managing learning tech platforms and partnership with People Tech teams and vendors
• Excellent communication skills with an appetite for distilling sophisticated information to what matters most
