Staff Solutions Engineer

Afresh is a leading AI company in fresh food that aims to eliminate food waste and make fresh food accessible to all. The company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to work with grocery retail partners and Afresh colleagues to deploy the company's purpose-built fresh food solution and bring lasting impact to partners. The role involves managing multiple integration projects, leading technical activities with customers, and driving organizational evolution for the SE team.

Requirements

• Lead multiple integration projects concurrently
• Act as a subject matter expert on Afresh's integration architecture
• Lead technical activities with customers
• Lead technical integration delivery across data engineering, product engineering, and data science
• Partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize backlog
• Drive organizational evolution for the SE team
• Represent the SE organization in strategic forums
• Balance business and customer needs with technical constraints
• Coach and mentor peer SEs
