Requirements

• Solid experience in project or program management within IT, engineering, industrial projects or consulting
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional development initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of engineering and project delivery processes
• Practical exposure to data, digital or AI-enabled solutions
• Hands-on AI development capability
• Ability to structure, prioritize and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English
