AI Development Project Manager

AFRY is a European leader in engineering, design, and advisory services, with a global reach. We are seeking a dedicated AI Development Project Manager to coordinate AI initiatives across operations within Global Division Industry.

Requirements

• Solid experience in project or program management within IT, engineering, industrial projects or consulting
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional development initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of engineering and project delivery processes
• Practical exposure to data, digital or AI-enabled solutions
• Hands-on AI development capability
• Ability to structure, prioritize and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Experience from industrial digitalization, engineering tools, data platforms, automation or AI adoption is considered an advantage
