AI Development Project Manager

Requirements

• Solid experience in project or program management within IT, engineering, industrial projects or consulting
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional development initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of engineering and project delivery processes (e.g. design, execution, project management, quality, safety)
• Practical exposure to data, digital or AI-enabled solutions
• Hands-on AI development capability, such as experience building simple AI tools, agents, prototypes or automations to test, demonstrate and challenge use cases
• Ability to structure, prioritize and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• A pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset – focused on impact rather than hype
• Fluency in English
