Requirements
- Several years of experience in the real estate and/or construction industry.
- Documented experience in calculating building and installation projects.
- Good understanding of the construction process and all regulations such as ABK, AB and ABT.
- Ability to write and speak Swedish fluently.
- Ability to work in a broad, changing, and advisory role.
