Requirements

• Several years of experience in the property and/or construction industry.
• Documented experience in calculating building and installation projects.
• Good understanding of the construction process and all regulations such as ABK, AB, and ABT.
• Proficient in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive in a broad, changing, and advisory role.
