We are looking for a Construction Economist to work closely with our customers with cost assessments, analyses, management, and advisory services throughout the entire building and management process from the idea stage to the finished building.

Requirements

• Several years of experience within the real estate and/or construction industry.
• Documented experience in calculating costs of construction and installation projects.
• Good understanding of the building process and all regulations such as ABK, AB, and ABT.
• Express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing.
