Corporate Recruiter

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, build relationships with candidates, and contribute to strategic recruitment projects. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of recruitment experience, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills in English and Dutch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's level thinking and working
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, agency or in-house
• 32-40 hours per week, based in our Amsterdam office with 1 day working from home
• Proactive, energetic team player with a flair for finding and connecting with top talent
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
• Creative and effective approach to attracting talent in a competitive market
