We are looking for a result-driven and creative Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR & Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employer branding, and talent marketing, with a strong focus on finding, connecting, and motivating talent.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in managing and coaching a recruiter / sourcer or recruitment team
- Proven experience with employer branding and talent marketing
- Familiarity with recruiting SAP professionals and/or the IT target group
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of persuasion and impact
- An energetic and connecting personality with an eye for quality
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
