Business Development Representative - Multiples - North Lanarkshire and Glasgow

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our Local Business Development Managers with the Focus 5 AG Barr brands. The successful candidate will work closely with the LBDMs to ensure AG Barr products appear in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. The role involves educating retailers about AG Barr's core brands, merchandising our brands in-store, and creating impactful visibility to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchase.

Requirements

• Full driving licence essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and good personal leadership
• Self Motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
• A good standard of presentation skills
• Ability to communicate internally using account performance data and able to demonstrate strong in-store execution
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnights
