Requirements
- Shape and deliver the annual and multi year net revenue strategy
- Own CPI planning, price positioning and price pack architecture
- Drive structured mix optimisation across brands, packs and channels
- Translate market dynamics into clear strategic direction
- Present robust, data led recommendations to senior leadership
- Turn complex modelling into simple, actionable narratives
- Act as a thought partner to Business Unit Directors, Brand teams and Finance
- Drive alignment around value creation and disciplined execution
- Lead promotional evaluation and trade investment governance
- Embed ROI standards and structured post event reviews
- Improve quality of spend and return on investment
- Ensure promotional plans support long term margin accretion
- Helping to build capability via improved both human and tooling performance
