We are seeking a Senior Net Revenue Manager to lead our in-house Revenue Growth Management capability and drive net revenue growth and margin improvement across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the annual and multi-year net revenue strategy, owning CPI planning, price positioning and price pack architecture, and driving structured mix optimisation across brands, packs and channels.
Requirements
- Proven RGM experience within FMCG, ideally in a branded environment
- Developed track record of delivering net revenue growth and margin improvement
- Experience across pricing, promotional optimisation and mix management
- Exposure to commercial finance, sales or category collaboration
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and modelling skills
- Advanced Excel capability, experience with syndicated data tools and BI platforms
- Structured thinker with strong governance discipline
- Credible presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confident communicator who can simplify complexity
- High ownership mindset, resilient and delivery focused
- Able to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
