Facilities Manager

AGAT Laboratories is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of its Calgary buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HVAC/Mechanical systems, as well as electrical and plumbing, and proven leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities staff
• Ability to manage multiple buildings and priorities effectively
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications
• Technical certifications or trade background (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience maintaining/managing multiple buildings
• Welding experience is an asset
