Mayfair Diagnostics is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to ensure the proper operations and maintenance of all facilities. The role reports directly to the Facilities and Construction Project Manager and is responsible for facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and handyperson duties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in the construction industry, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience with the construction industry and/or building maintenance/operations
- Good working knowledge of all construction trades including electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with radiologists, management, employees, and clients
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Innovative and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation
