Job Description
Join AGAT Laboratories as a Laboratory Technician A - Air Quality GCMS and be part of a dynamic team that fosters innovation and personal growth. As a Laboratory Technician, you will calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments, process and analyze samples, and implement preventative maintenance programs. The role requires technical diploma or degree, experience with GC/MS and GC/SCD instrumentation, and proficiency in data management and mechanical skills.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree is an asset
- Experience with the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of GC/MS and GC/SCD instrumentation
- Previous experience working with Summa Canisters is an asset
- Knowledge of full laboratory processes
- Knowledge of chromatographic processing software (e.g., Agilent Mass Hunter) is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Mechanically inclined
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
