Job Description
We're looking for an Entry-Level CNC Operator to support our machine shop. No machining experience is required as we'll train you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning new technical skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
- Ability to read simple drawings
- Basic shop math (geometry, trigonometry, feed/speed calculations)
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
