Job Description
Join AGC Heat Transfer as an Entry-Level CNC Operator to launch a hands-on manufacturing career. You'll support machine shop production, load and unload materials, and perform basic machine setups. Training provided for those new to machining.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
- Ability to read simple drawings
- Basic shop math (geometry, trigonometry, feed/speed calculations)
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
