Field Service Technician - Ohio

Field Service Technician role for a leading manufacturer of sanitary plate heat exchangers in North America, supporting customers across the U.S. with a focus on problem-solving, traveling, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a traveling technician
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
