Field Service Technician - Ohio

AGC Heat Transfer is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across the U.S. as a traveling role. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience, excellent communication and customer-service skills, and prior experience as a traveling technician. The role involves performing PlateCheckTM and tubular heat exchanger inspections, executing repairs and installations, and conducting on-site customer training.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a traveling technician
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
