Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Procurement to represent Procurement at the AGCO site of Breganze, bringing input/feedback from the site to Procurement and supporting site, regional, and global target achievement. The leader will focus on Employee Engagement, indirect site-level support, and act as a Country Manager for the Procurement function.
Requirements
- Representation of Procurement in local leadership forums
- Ownership of the site's Top-10 project portfolio
- Accountability for ECN performance at the site
- Contribution to PPV, NPI, profitability, and supply-continuity targets
- Leadership and development of the local procurement team
