Head of Procurement (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Head of Procurement to develop and implement a global procurement strategy, build and lead a globally distributed procurement team, and establish procurement governance across the global organization.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals
• Build, mentor, and lead a globally distributed procurement team
• Establish procurement governance, policies, and compliance standards across the global organization
• Actively support tactical buying, supplier negotiations, and troubleshooting when necessary
• Implement lean procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, lead time, and variability
• Introduce digital procurement tools to elevate efficiency and transparency
• Identify savings opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and should cost analysis
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement digitalization tools
• Professional certifications
