Job Description
The Legal Counsel ensures the company’s legal security. They handle all legal matters of the company from a commercial, tax, and social perspective, ensuring proper application of regulations within their areas of responsibility and safeguarding the company’s interests.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Business Law and compliance training
- 5 years of professional experience in business law and applicable regulations (contract law, distribution law, competition law, commercial law, corporate law, compliance etc.)
- Fluent in English
