Requirements

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the applicable province/state
• Experience in senior care or long-term care (preferred)
• Education or background in gerontology, rehabilitation, or complex/community care (asset)
• Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office
• Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
