Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role at AgeCare, a growing multi-entity seniors care organization. The CFO will lead the financial strategy, capital planning, and lender relationships, and ensure long-term financial sustainability while supporting AgeCare’s mission of delivering exceptional care to residents and families.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience
• 5+ years in executive finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
• CPA required (MBA or CFA considered an asset)
• Experience overseeing finance functions within complex, multi-entity organizations
• Background in healthcare, senior care, or other regulated industries preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing complex lender relationships and capital structures
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to Boards
