Director, Product Management (Autopilot Services)

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution that integrates regulatory database sources with core business systems. The Director, Product Management (Autopilot Services) will be responsible for guiding and growing the Autopilot business, including developing managed services offerings, creating processes and automations, and cultivating team members. This role requires a strategic product management leader with experience in stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic product management experience, ideally for a service product
• 2+ years of leading & developing a high-performing team
• A strong track record of problem solving and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality
• Experience in the insurance or insurance compliance industry, including licensing compliance
