Director Product Management

Cambium Networks is seeking an experienced product management leader to join their Enterprise product management team to drive software monetization and subscription services across the company. The successful candidate will lead the subscription growth of cnMaestro and other Cambium software services, including incorporating the latest AI technologies, analysis and decision support, extending service offerings to new product platforms, and incorporating extensions to ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• Lead and build the SaaS product management function, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights and ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals
