Senior Product Manager

AgentSync is a Compliance as a Service solution that integrates regulatory database sources with core business systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll act as the entrepreneur of our full-stack application, owning its vision, execution, and customer outcomes end to end.

Requirements

• Drive the development of features across multiple products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Leverage your deep understanding of customers' businesses and user behavior to design an intuitive, reliable user experience
• Partner with the Head of Product to shape product strategy and ensure it is communicated clearly and consistently
• Commit to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Act as a product evangelist, advocating for AgentSync's solutions and their value
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior product team members
