Business Development Manager (Retail Investments)

AGF is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Retail Sales Department. The successful candidate will build strong business relationships with clients, identify and sell opportunities, and measure client satisfaction. The role requires a sales professional with experience in the financial industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Financial industry experience, preferably as a Sales Coordinator or Business Development Manager
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Strong computer and phone skills, including Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated success and passion for prospecting, following leads, and developing a viable sales funnel
• Developed presentation skills and telephone skills
• Ability create and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and ability to be a great team player
