AGF is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead the delivery, review, and governance of compensation programs that support AGF's total rewards strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
- Strategic Insights
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders as a trusted subject matter expert in compensation and incentives
- Provide strategic, data-driven guidance aligned with the total rewards philosophy and business priorities for compensation programs of assigned business groups
- Clearly communicate compensation programs and policies to ensure leaders understand financial, regulatory, and human capital impacts
- Program Management & Analysis
- Lead the review and delivery of complex compensation programs, forecasting and market benchmarking for assigned business groups, including analysis of market data and development of recommendations
- Conduct compensation analysis and modelling to support incentive plan design, including evaluation of plan structures, performance metrics, costing, and employee impacts
- Support the development and documentation of compensation programs, policies, and governance frameworks
- Identify opportunities to enhance compensation practices and programs, ensuring alignment with market best practices, internal equity, and legislative requirements
- Tools, Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Support the transformation and ongoing management of compensation related data, processes, and analytics, including within Workday
- Lead and/or contribute to Total Rewards projects and operational initiatives as assigned
- Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to stay current on compensation related market, industry, and regulatory trends
