Acuity is seeking a Manager – Total Rewards to oversee the management and coordination of the benefits and compensation functions, including employee benefit programs, compensation practices, leave administration, related compliance, and vendor management.
Requirements
- Direct efforts and contribute to the development and implementation of a long-term total rewards strategy.
- Manage total rewards vendor and consultant relationships, including the administration and selection of vendors through requests for proposals.
- Manage 401(k) plan including but not limited to, establishing internal controls, coordinating outside independent audits, plan changes, and company-wide communication.
- In coordination with HR leadership, enterprise leadership, and HR analysis peers, direct and facilitate processes associated with compensation planning, job pricing, and merit processes.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and administration of career development and employee retention frameworks as it pertains to total rewards and pay for performance.
- Oversee training and development of team, including total rewards best practices, and administration of policies and procedures.
- In partnership with Employee Success, Legal and HR leadership, facilitate compensation and benefit aspects of separations, including but not limited to COBRA administration.
- Partner with Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and management to develop and deliver training and educational programs for the employee population.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure organizational compliance and marketplace competitiveness.
- Communicate policies and procedures changes, partnering with Legal, other HR functions, and other teams.
- Advise management on organizational policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations to ensure legal compliance pertaining to benefit, compensation and leave matters.
- Coordinate and propose updates to leave and disability programs to remain competitive and compliant.
- Assist in the assembly of the annual department budget.
- Participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
- Adhere to company policies and practices and comply with all state and federal regulations in all aspects of human resources management.
- Maintain professional approach with confidentiality.
- Assure protection and privacy of health information as attained through written, electronic or oral disclosures.
- Periodic review of and suggested enhancements for continued procedural efficiencies.
