Total Rewards Manager

Lantern is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to manage benefits administration, leave administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
