Principal, Wealth Solutions (Family Office and High Net Worth)

AGF Management Limited is seeking a Principal, Wealth Solutions (Family Office and High Net Worth) to play a leading role in the development and execution of the AGF Capital Partners' distribution strategy for the Family Office and high net worth channels.

Requirements

• A proven track record in building, maintaining and growing relationships across multiple channels with a key focus on family office, multi-family office or ICPM firms in North America.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a coordinated team of specialists to provide integrated services for complex, multi-generational needs.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of discretion, flexibility and a focus on personal as well as financial matters.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and growing sales efforts in the investment management space, ideally with experience in distributing alternatives and offering memorandum products.
• Ability to quickly develop credibility and trust through a clear understanding of client needs and product details, which includes the ability to communicate and distill alternative investment strategies to be understandable to advisors.
• Solution-centric, with a demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop fundraising strategies that tie back to higher level strategic objectives and maximize success through the selection of the right channels, product structures and marketing methods.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to work across multiple strategies, products and affiliate managers at any given time.
• Strong executive presence, exceptional relationship management capabilities, and experience interacting with executive leadership.
• Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently.
• Team-player, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
