Job Description
AGF Management Limited is seeking a Principal, Wealth Solutions (Western Canada) to play a key role in the development and execution of the AGF Capital Partners' distribution strategy for retail and high net worth investors for the Western region. Reporting to the Managing Director, Wealth Solutions, the successful candidate will work closely with a small team environment with a dedicated Capital Partners fundraising team.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant sales experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving and growing sales efforts in the investment management space
- Ability to quickly develop credibility and trust through a clear understanding of client needs and product details
- Solution-centric, with a demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop fundraising strategies
- Strong executive presence, exceptional relationship management capabilities, and experience interacting with executive leadership
- Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently
- Team-player, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
