Purpose Unlimited is seeking a Head of Wealth Management Sales to lead their wealth sales team at Advisor Solutions by Purpose. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, building and developing relationships with advisors across Canada and transitioning new advisors to their Advisor platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven leadership experience in wealth management with direct experience partnering with advisors and communicating the benefits of independence
- A demonstrated ability to drive sustained revenue growth in a client-centric, consultative sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse high-performance teams
- Deep understanding of the wealth management industry
- Strategic thought leadership with the ability to influence, communicate complex ideas clearly, and build trusted relationships
- Professional credentials inclusive of a CFP, CFA, CIM, or equivalent
