Job Description
The Escrow Tax & Insurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate escrow account setup, timely tax and insurance disbursements, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow processing, loan operations, or related financial operations required.
- Experience handling tax and insurance disbursements, account updates, and issue resolution in deadline-driven environments.
