We're hiring a Business Development Manager for Aggreko Process Services (APS) based in the Midwest. The role involves working with engineers to provide customized solutions for refinery & petrochemical customers, selling through discovering pain points, and promoting and tracking sales growth.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of direct business to business sales experience selling to refineries
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or relevant experience in the refinery and petrochemical or midstream industry.
- Knowledge of refinery and plant process units and economic drivers
- Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
- Experience in working for, partnering, or serving production/operations and process engineering teams in the midstream and downstream oil & gas sector
- General understanding of temporary equipment specifically temperature control: heat exchangers, chillers, power generation, and electrical distribution equipment.
