Support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required
• Minimal to no prior relevant work experience
