The role involves installing and optimizing hardware, software, and networking products, diagnosing and resolving product performance issues, and providing technical training and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology and customer service
• Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within Japan
