Surgical Laser Technician

Surgical Laser Technicians maintain a professional relationship with all physicians, hospital staff, physicians’ office staff and other personnel both in appearance and behavior. They test, clean, and sterilize equipment in operating room prior to procedures, present in operating room during procedures, and transport equipment to ensure that it is in the right place at the right time for necessary procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred
• Current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license required
• Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
• Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time as well as being able to bend and reach repeatedly
