Job Description
AW Health Care is a woman-owned, independent home health agency based in St. Louis, proudly serving Missouri and Illinois for over 25 years. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate staffing of qualified personnel to meet the needs of all Home Care clients.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare staffing, strongly preferred
- Average to above average computer skills, including word processing and data entry
- Self-starter, pro-active person, able to work with minimal supervision
- Team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to participate in physical activity
- Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity
